Have an appointment today 8 to 10 am it is 2pm. No call no show. I can not get a live person at store or a call back. This was arranged by Kb homes. They are just as bad.

Today October 22,2022, classic floors was supposed to come out and stain our grout. The window time was 8am-10am. This is the second time this appointment was scheduled. The first time it was scheduled was last week and they cancelled with no warning. Instead we called after the window slot had passed an they said the guy had some emergency and couldnt make it. I spent hours at night cleaning the floors, rolling up carpets and rugs, lifting chairs on to tables, moving end tables in to spare rooms that are carpeted, etc. This is the second time I have to spend hours at night to do this. They cancelled again today. Again we call after the time slot for them to be here and they say the same thing. Stating the guy had an emergency and cant make it. This is beyond ridiculous and its definitely a lie. At this point we are completely fed up with this process.

Not even a real or legitimate flooring company. Just a subcontractor that we got stuck with from KB. They came out to my house 5 times to attempt to fix their LVP install. The installers literally dont even know what theyre doing and do not follow the manufacturers installation procedures. They mash the planks together with mallets, thus damaging them, instead of simply snapping them into each other. The installers also use lipstick to try to hide gaps from the homeowner. The manager came out with his best guys for final attempt. In the end, we just had to settle with the poor quality we ended up with. Planks are popping and cracking when stepped on, and some planks have started to completely pop up less than a year later. Pick this company if you want THE worst floors that are, no joke, LITERALLY held together with super glue.

Our 11 month inspection with David Weekly Homes is supposed to cover cracked tile and poor work. We were assigned Classic Floors to take care of the work. A project supervisor was supposed to come review my showerpan since the water does not drain properly and is causing mold to form on the floor. Not so much as a phone call or apology for not showing and wasting my time. They are definitely living up to their online reputation prior to my review.
