We had an outstanding experience with Carpet One's Phillips Highway location for a hardwood flooring installation in four bedrooms. Hayden Griffin, the project manager, was thorough and expertly guided us through the process. The installation team seamlessly integrated the flooring with the rest of the house. They were friendly, hard working and true artisans. They completed the project in record time. I highly recommend Carpet One's Phillips Highway location, they exceeded my expectations.

We thought we would check out carpet for redoing our home. Robert helped us and we could not ask for better service. He was such a great advisor on pro and cons and led us in right direction. In the end we decided to wait on carpeting but if you're looking for carpet you can't go wrong if you. Choose this company. I understand they also do kitchens and other remodels as well. Wish we had gone there 1st when remodeling our kitchen. You will not be disappointed with this company. Thank you for your time Robert. We'll be back

As far as I'm concerned, Carpet One has screwed my parents over, Rosann and C Edward Parr by doing the following: 1.) Sold and installed a floor that should never have been used in a kitchen (unethical) 2.) Cheaped out by installing a moisture barrier when they should have installed a vapor barrier which would prevent the moisture issues in the kitchen, and throughout the rest of the house. 3.) Installer did not account for the correct spacing to allow for thermal expansion and contraction which would prevent the floor from buckling. As far as I'm concerned, Carpet One is un-ethical and, or, incompetent. My parents had a continuousness floor installed that rather quickly starting warping and buckling. Carpet One investigated. They did nothing to correct the issue. The floor condition continued to progress through-out the house, and again Carpet One came back out, investigated, but said, and did nothing. After much silence my Parents followed up with Carpet One, and Carpet One informed they had a claim (CL301176). The claim remained open, but Carpet One had again nothing to say. After twelve phone calls, the following text was received by the individual at Carpet One handling the issue, "The only thing I can do at this point is change the flooring out in your kitchen for something else (but there will be a charge). You have or had a moisture issue so I was told to stay out of it. (The claim part). Do you want to come in the showroom and make another selection? I will do it as close as possible. I would probably encourage you to get Tile. We do have some in stock Tile that's very inexpensive, but very good quality." My issue with Carpet One that I have as a trained professional Loss Consultant Expert, is their refusing to acknowledge what they sold, and how it was installed. Clearly the actions by Carpet One is a consequential effect to the damages present. Furthermore, Carpet One told my Parents that they, Carpet One have a ongoing lawsuit against the flooring manufacturer, my Parents used. Said another way, Carpet One sold flooring to my Parents, they knew was most likely problematic. I will advise my parents to purse a Insurance Claim for a sudden and accidental damages which are owed for under the Home Insurance Policy. If the Home Insurance Company through their investigation denies the claim, saying the floor was improperly installed (which it clearly is); I will lead my parents in pursing legal action against Carpet One for un-ethical behavior, improper installation, false narrative/misdirection, etc.! Make this RIGHT Carpet One!!!
