Warning. If you call this number; even though they answer the phone UF Health Crystal Springs, this is not the number for this location.
I called this locations number and when I asked for the soonest appointment; they told me monday. Monday I arrive and my appointment is no where to be found.
The number attached to this location is for a hub; not this actual location.

1 - The lady at the front desk YELLED out loud the reason I was there for my visit which is extremely humiliating being that I was there for a womens reproductive health related issue.
2 - Dr. Sophias nurse assistant or whoever she is called me back and was very rude and insensitive over the phone.
I gave them multiple chances but I will be looking for a different office to visit. I do not like this UF location or the people working there. Wont be back.

Dr. SOFYIA is very nice, takes time to listen & all the staff has been great every time ive been in there or had a question!

The doctor is very nice, but the staff is a bit unorganized. he front desk(red head) is extremely rude she yelled at the staff I'm front of the patients and was very frazzled with basic questions .I also picked up my lab results in person more than a week ago . Today, I received a phone call today from a staff member with my lab results over the phone. The staff did not confirm any identity information prior to disclosing my results that I already knew over a week ago . Definitely suggested better organization!
