    Worst Doctor i have ever seen. Period! I request some bloodwork which is the basic stuff . He dont want to do it and threaten me to call the cops . A doctor should help their patient not threat and kick them out from their office.So sad

    My experience with the doctor has always been pleasant and fine. The wait times are completely unacceptable. I don’t mind waiting and understand things happen. But at minimum an hour - at best - before you even get seen is ridiculous. This is without fail every time (pre covid included) and usually is even longer than that. ESP when you just have an appointment for a refill. Extremely extremely frustrating. Your best be my is to get the earliest appointment possible; but rest assured multiple others have the same appointment time so you’ll still be waiting forever. It’s also interesting you still have to pay for a cancelled appointment considering on several different occasions I have shown up to find out the doc is not in and then rudely told I was called even though I was absolutely not. If the office was actually ran halfway decent, I wouldn’t have anything negative to say.

    I was so excited that my friend found this doctor because I felt that this was the first doctor he has seen that actually was taking a stand on his medical conditions and trying to help him. Then came today... He had a follow up appointment to discuss lab results from a full blood work up he had done. My friend is an older man on disability. He was so worried about the results of these tests that he showed up to his appointment 2 hours early and sat in the parking lot in his car waiting. Once his appointment time neared, he walked in to the office and they turned him away because of a $124 balance from his last visit (his last visit, prior to this one was his first and only visit to this doctor). I understand they are a business before they are a doctor's office and they care about the $124 more then the actual patient, but this is unethical. This man is on disability, nobody told him about the outstanding balance prior to the appointment. Now, he drove home with no answers and has to wait for his next disability check to come in in order to see the doctor for the follow up appointment to discuss his lab work that he is extremely stressed about. He is deaf so his ability to communicate is limited. I believe the doctor's office should know their patients and understand when someone is on disability that they live paycheck to paycheck. He should have never been turned away, they should have allowed him to see the doctor for the FOLLOW UP appointment and billed him (he never received a bill in the mail). BTW, his lab results showed an extremely high number to an infectious disease. He should have been seen. Also, I spoke to a woman at the office and she apologized saying it is not right but it's procedure. What?
