It took a month of phone tag back and forth during hours that didnt suit myself (example morning when I requested afternoon) again during business hours but cant get an answer after a month back and forth I get told its $300 for a consultation when its legal and a shut case Ill be going else where horrible customer service and lack of empathy or caring

My family did not have a pleasant experience dealing with my late grandfathers estate. Our beneficiary checks took over 6 weeks and when they finally did come, my check was addressed to the wrong person! Not timely in their responses and no comment made for the huge inconveniences we have had.

Long story short I was taken for a ride on broken promises then broken word. He did NOT fulfill one thing and after second chances, he continued to be as far away from a respected attorney as one could hope for. The final blow was he told me he would reimburse me my consult fee and guess what? That did not happen either. He wasted valuable time I did not have after losing my mother. I would rate a negative if it was possible.
