I called begging to have help for my two month old kitten I rescued from the streets. I took her to Hershel animal clinic where her vet is they gave her this wormer that made her very sick where she hand not ate in now two weeks and became very skinny white her brother is doing fine. She's very weak where she can't move hold her own weight or anything. She just laying there going g potty o. Her self. They turned me away. How can someone that's supposed to care so much about animals not be willing to help save ones life from suffering. This place makes me sick to think they could let a helpless kitten died slowly from not being able to breath or move or anything. So now she has to suffer due to me paying rent and not being paid until the 7th because someone can't help her little life. I will be making his public to the world through social media of how many hospitals have turned away a poor kitten because they can't save a life.

Unfortunately I have had to utilize the emergency services here more than I would prefer. But every time I was taken care of and treated with respect for myself and pet. Sure it's not cheep for emergency services but neither is the emergency room when I need it for human services. But I always leave with a pet on their way back to being healthy thank goodness being we all know the day will come where that will not be the case.

The staff was kind and comforting but the lead veterinarian totally misdiagnosed my dog. We went in originally for the fear my dog was internally bleeding, prior to our visit he was accidentally pounced on by a dog 4x his weight while they were playing. He offered expensive treatments to what is now known weren't even relevant to his issues. We left the office with a wrong diagnosis and medicine that was unrelated to his issues. And now my dog is in critical condition due to the fact the vet didn't acknowledge or listen to his breathing well enough, which another vet noticed in an instant. He started with simple fluid in his lungs which could've been drained if caught originally, but it has now escalated to blood, which we were informed by our new vet. This dog is my baby and my best friend. Greed and the lack of effort put into my dog's care now leaves him in a dangerous condition. Please take your pet here if only for a last resort.

Not happy one bit! I called to see if they treated exotics, as my bearded dragon was in respiratory distress. The tech got on the phone and informed me they didn't treat exotics. That is perfectly fine, until she threw in a suggested euthanasia. You can't diagnose over the phone! This place is awful
