Called and inquired about getting a tooth pulled. I was told between 150-250. I scheduled and appointment and upon getting there, did the X-rays and then was put in an exam room. The dr comes in and tells me there is no way to fill the small break in the tooth, I need a root canal and crown. To which another lady comes in and tells me 1250.00$. I told her there’s no way I don’t have that kind of money. Then she comes back and tells me 750.00 to pull the tooth, this is after I’d already been told 150-250. I felt like I went to a shady mechanic. They pulled a bait and switch. Really shady Jimmy Ellis

I was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I wouldn't go and haven't been in decades because of my fears. I can honestly say that Dr. Baker and his entire staff at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is SUPREME. From the beautiful ladies in the front desk, to the awesome staff in the back. They make you feel safe and comfortable. They are honest and care about the overall health of your mouth. You are not a number or a dollar sign to them. They treat you like family. My whole family comes to Dr. Barker’s office. We live in Gainesville and don’t mind driving to Jacksonville to come see them. Recommend to anybody looking for a great dentist and environment.
