This office has gone down since the Dr's death. They make you wait as long as 45 minutes past your appointment time. Customer service is not what you will receive at this office. I am going to look for a new dentist after spending over $10k in dental procedures. If you are late or miss your appointment time, they will charge you a fee, however if you wait on them, you do not get a discount. They say they book your appointment at the time for you but can not explain why they are late getting you in or tell you dental emergency on another patient(BULL). I do not recommend DR David & Associates anymore.

THANK YOU doesnt feel like enough for all that youve done for me. Dr. David said a long time ago your smile is the best thing you can wear. I didnt get it back then but today I do. Dr. David was right! In a matter of minutes I went from depressed and not confident to a woman who found her worth. For the first time in my life I smiled with confidence! As Michelle handed me the mirror to see my new smile I was so nervous. However, looking into that mirror was the first time in 44 years that I felt pretty! I broke down and cried because what that smile gave me no one but the excellent staff of David an Associates no understand. From Michelle (who is literally the best at what she does with a love a people that gives you courage to speak up if you see something you dont like), Steven (this guy had a battle between my soft bone and very small mouth but he won this war), to Cheri (helping me with my fears of payment/insurance), Crystal (an office manager with a true heart of gold and knows the business inside and out), and Dr. Strout (thank you for helping me step by step I owe you)!!! I had a fear of dentist walking into this 4 months ago. But I learned over these four months theres nothing to fear here. This staff, not just the ones you work with directly, but all staff treat you like family. The office is very aesthetically pleasing, they offered Solutions to my not wanting to hear the drill and pulling sound, the technology is so advanced it will blow your mind, and I never waited for my appointment. I hope they are ready because I will be sending referrals! If you dont like your smile like me please reach out about their D5 program. ZERO PAIN: The most crucial and fearful part for me was having all teeth removed in one day. ButI was pleasantly surprised that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The medication provided was more than enough. I literally felt no pain and was able to rest very comfortably while healing. So dont let the fear of dentist and/or pain hold you back like I allowed it to do to me for so long. You will not be disappointed!!

I went here in October for a second opinion and after an exam of the particular area and a discussion with the doctor, I was directed to a patient consultant to go over the plan and the chargers I would be expected to pay. Long story short, after the day of surgery the bill given us was over $900 more than quoted and it went downhill from there. Office manager ducted my request for a face-to-face meeting 4 weeks, finally offering a small credit. Could never recommend them to anybody. Their Patient Treatment Plan cannot be trusted

They just want your money and push you out the door. They don't care about what you want.. They don't care how you feel.. They won't listen I spent $23.000 (could have gotten it done a lot cheaper,) this was the place to go professionals not the case at all) and I have not been explained very clearly on anything. I wish I never went here!!!! I feel like just a joke. If you have bad mental health, do not go there!!!!! The videos on YouTube are lies !!!!! It's not a pleasurable experience from day 1 !!! Let me tell you a little bit about my journey here at David, gray and associates .Dearing my surgery, the surgeon started yelling at me. They put you on some medication that put you to sleep and you dont know what youre doing and you dont know whats going on so if you move too much, he will freak out at you. I was terrified of the dentist, now even more!!!! But like I said, the YouTube videos are a lie!!!! Ive had 6 to 8 appointments.. showed up on time at least 15 to 20 minutes early every appointment . Every appointment I was seen 45 minutes to an hour (late)one time, two hours sitting in the waiting room . Like for example you show up 15 minutes early your appointment is at 9 AM. Youre waiting You go back to see the doctor at 11:30 AM!!!!! I CAN even see theyre over scheduling, but This has happened to me every appointment 45 min to an hour and a half wait after being scheduled an appointment .You're just a joke to the staff behind the desk. Look at you like youre problem (like they have some kind of a authority )and it sucks. I asked to not come to an appointment and they wanted to charge me a fee. Not sure how much. I feel like with all the times that I patiently waited for you sitting in the waiting room that maybe you want to charge me a fee/miss one appointment ??????? Nope not the case !!!!!! Once again, they dont care about you !!!!!! I feel like if I have a question, they look at you like youre a problem like youre interrupting them from doing something so important !!!!!! when the patients that are sitting in the waiting room should be the most important ( we are the ones who paid you !!!!!!!!!! )so its not hard to be nice and look at us with some kind of value what happen David Gray and associates ??????? this is why I came here and paid the big dollars that( I saved up for six years )I should be able to ask a question and not feel like Im bothering you!!!!!!!! But you say too much get (frustrated) and look at you like you're a problem this place( was )supposed to be the best. I grew up as a kid watching your commercials !!!!! If I was going to know that I was going to go through this much hell I would have never came here!!!!!! You were my FIRST CHOICE because you Were the best safe, friendly place There's nothing friendly (Sergent screaming at you when youre on medications in the middle of surgery I was scared to death. My mental health was not good I went home and crying. and knew it was a big mistake!!!!)(the staff behind the desk not friendly at all)and safe (well your in the Walmart parking lot anything can happen there ) wont even get into that youre smart you can figure out what Im saying. You (cant )ask any questions and they don't care what you want. I want my money back. I shouldnt have to pay for someone to mentally harassed and mess me up !!!! I dont know where to go or what dentist to use because I dont want to get treated like this !!!!!!You guys were so nice during the consultation, !!!!! Its about the respect and care of the patient Making sure they're happy and not pushing them out the door. Now my warranty could be no longer valid because I want to go somewhere else so bad I dont know what to do ? This is a lot of money to just go down the drain and they dont care because they took it already. I want my money back!!!!! Ive never written a review in my life that was bad. This is my first one.
