Reading these reviews has been disheartening for me. When I first contacted Renee, we spoke and I stated I mostly just needed help with the letters after our consultation. She had my letters out immediately and I DID get responses from the bureaus and was in contact with her throughout. She has a lot of clients, so wasnt at the immediate jump to respond, but I usually heard back within a day. We were only able to do a few rounds before Christmas and in January, I had a collections removed. I believe it was a result from the work Renee and I did. Her service was affordable too. I had to stop because of Christmas money and new baby but I felt the experience was good and affordable.

I had joined a group on Facebook called credit building 101. And hired Renee to help me with my credit repair needs. I got to reading some complaints where customers were complaining. I started investigating myself in the validity of the reviews. Was shocked to see most all were from people who are giving good ratings about their experiences with this companys services. Seems legit until you click on those profiles to reveal their credit Repair specialists themselves. Its all a huge scam. I regret doing business with them. No correspondence with the bureaus. And no communication.

Slow to respond, boots/blocks paying customers from her facebook group and those that have helped them in the past for no reason. Use this company at you own risk. Helped them moderate a group for 6 months then got booted when i stepped down when her husband who made zero posts the whole year i was there suddenly decided he wanted to be part of it and control everything. While moderating was constantly defending her for being slow to respond or not responding at all to people, at first i thought it was just disgruntled customers but then became a pattern.

I started my Credit Repair Service back in August and once I had my initial consult, I have yet to receive any further communication. Yes, I am aware that there was no guarantee, but I feel that all they did was take my money!
