I came to Life Renewal after years of fear, anxiety and depression. I know that God brought me to Life Renewal and Dr Michele to give me healing. Dr Michele has worked patiently and lovingly with me, and has been there for me every step. Not only has she helped me work through my problems, she has given me tools and life skills to take with me wherever I am for the rest of my life. We are a military family and move a lot, and it's so comforting to know that no matter where I am, I don't have to find a new counselor, I can call, or skype Dr Michele for appointments. My mom found Dr. Michele's teachings on youtube about codependency and suggested i watch them. I then went through ANOTHER painful break up and realized i needed better counseling than i had before and felt like Dr. Michele could help me. We've been meeting for about two months now and she has gotten deeper than any other counselor i have ever been to. I actually have hope now that i won't stay repeating the same patterns over and over again that I have been doing for years. She is straight forward and no fluff! I love it and she is so encouraging and never makes me feel bad about whats happened to me or the choices I've made. She has given me practicle tools that i can use daily! Again, I finally have hope for my future! Im excited to see how much i will continue to grow and change and get out of these patterns I've been doing for 34 years!

I came to Life Renewal with the expectation that all I needed was some simple counciing. After talking with Dr Michele I found that my problems went much deeper than I had imagined ; I found not only was I broken on a psychological level but a spiritual one as well. I started counseling once a week every week learning about myself using the tools that Dr Michele had developed for identifying the distortions that had plagued me my entire life. I think the key to why her brand of therapy works is it helps you identify what is going wrong in your life. Most people who go to therapy depend on the counselor to tell them what's wrong, with Dr Michele she gives you the tools to identify your difficulties on your own which is most effective because if you can see the problem then it becomes easier to solve. The other aspect of Life Renewal is the spiritual healing that comes from learning how to apply what you have embraced in a godly way which will take you on the path to a more fulfilling richer life and a closer walk with God.and I still go to Dr Michele once a week every week and I can tell anybody who reads this that I am closer to finding fulfillment in my life and have closer relationship with God ; something I never thought possible before seeing Dr Michele at Life Renewal.
