This incident happened 3/19/24 at 2:45pm. I just left the winn Dixie in palm bay on Babcock and Port Malabar. I was racially discriminated against and yelled at by Jennifer at the self checked out. my items and a 12 pack of soda and put in my cart. This lady yells at me saying TAKE THE SODA OUT THE CART.. and took it out my cart, I told her I checked it, and please don't yell at me I informed the manager.

I live in Tampa, FL and have been shopping at Winn Dixie for years, but no longer. Your company is charging over $10 for Dukes and Hellmans mayonnaise, charging astronomical prices for dairy products, veggies and fruit. I was at the 33605 location and couldnt believe that you were charging $2.49 for 1 grapefruit, $1.75 for 1 orange, over $4 a pound for chicken breast, over $6 for store brand butter. This is beyond shameful and the financial pain your store is inflicting on lower income people in this area is so very wrong. How does Winn Dixie expect people to properly feed themselves with the prices you charge? The store that Im talking about is primarily African American, retirees and single mothers. I saw a man taking things out of his cart because he couldnt afford to pay for his items because Winn Dixie has increased prices so much that people are eating ramen noodles in place of healthier options. I was praying that Aldis would be put there in place of Winn Dixie with the recent sale. I really loved Winn Dixie, for many years, but it has turned into a store that screws people out of their money and Im angry. Winn Dixie doesnt care about their customers anymore. Its all about greed and the bottom line. Im done!

Was just at your Melbourne Fl. location and had the worst experience I've ever had in 3 yrs shopping. There were no checkout personal on manned registers. There was one person trying to assist with four self serve stations. Two of which weren't working. If it wasn't for the person trying to watch fsrpecheckout doing her best, using her security to straighten it out I would've left them
