They were a great company at one point. I think more recently they succumbed to corporate greed. It really breaks my heart to leave this review, because I really did love shopping here, but again, they succumbed to corporate greed, and it is no longer about the customer, but $. I will never ever shop here again. And that is quite heartbreaking. You have great style, Venus, but your business practices have become sketchy. Im disappointed. You had(past tense) a really good company going. You sold out. So Im going elsewhere.

Love VENUS! Recently got a new suit set for a great price and can't wait to wear it. I've also bought swimwear, tops, jeans and dresses and they're all so fun to wear, are great quality and ALWAYS get me compliments. Will be hitting up their big seasonal sale soon!

It took longer then expected to get my order, the eta got changed 2 times. But its understandable that it takes longer sometimes. I tried on the clothes, 2 of the items I didnt like so I returned them and to my surprise I was charged almost 7$ for a return fee! That pissed me off! Especially because I also got charged for shipping!

Shopping with Venus for years. Waiting for an order to find out 3 weeks later it was cancelled! Not an email, but a card sent in the mail that there was an error with my card. Called and spoke with a representative, who insisted my card was expired, a debit card. Then said the PIN number was wrong, and then finally said the bank refused! He told me they couldnt send me an email, because I wouldnt allow! Funny how I received emails about sale items, new looks. This was an error on their side, not my card! Not only did they lose a good customer, family and friends! This was a poor way of doing business, especially since Ive been shopping with them for years. Very disappointed!!

Waited over a week to find out they cancelled my order. No email or anything on their end. Tried through paypal and my bank. They said it was my bank, but it was clearly their end that did this. They won't honor the previous discount if I attempt to reorder.
