This was a horrible experience for my mother. If this is the quality of transportation that the state provides through her insurance, what a shame. My mother is in a nursing home and needed to be transported to have a CT scan done. I was going to follow the transport there so she knew I was with her. Day 1 -they never showed up....I was sitting in the parking lot at the facility waiting. Day 2- they show up and did a rolling drive by and did not stop. Again I was waiting in the parking lot of the facility. I flagged him down and asked him why he didn’t stop at the front door. If you are picking up a nursing home resident show some compassion and give them time to get out the door etc. He said he didn’t see anyone out front and I replied “of course you didn’t because you didn’t stop at all!” He was rude and needless to say I transported my mom ......I would never put a patient or resident in the car with anyone from this company. My other concern is they are charging for a service that never happened. Stay away from this company. Totally unprofessional!!!!!

The company need to be Sued. The first incident happened in Aug of 2020 with my Dad that is 85yrs old. He had a Doctors appointment he needed to be picked up @ 2:30 transportation never came out to pick him up until I called 4hrs later. he was sitting outside in the hot sun, plus COVID. Second incident Sept 17 had a appointment took him to the wrong facility which was his primary doctor office. They had to call Uber to take him home. I made a report Corporate have not reached out to me.

My dad had to get to a very important doctor's appointment. This transportation company didn't show up or call when they were supposed to pick him up. We called 5 times and constantly were transferred or the call was dropped and they never got back to us. Look for another medical transportation company.

Trash company. Never pick up patients . I don't know how they still in business.
