      image I went to your Krystal Restaurant at 7700 West Newberry Road Gainesville Florida today. I arrived there at 5 minutes after 2 they did not take my order until 14 minutes after 2. It took them three tries to make 2 Krystal cheese ketchup only burgers. And I did not receive the corrected ones until 2:45 p.m.. This is absolutely unacceptable. It is no wonder that Krystal has such a bad customer service reputation.. not once did an employee or manager offer any kind of explanation or apology.
