Had this company redo our roof just for it to fail after the first thunderstorm the roof encountered. Tried contacting them but they wont contact me back at all now that Ive told them of the situation, causing significant damage to our home.

Let me first admit my mistake in hiring the lowest bidder and signing a vague contract. This could have all been avoid had I done more research and hire a more reputable company. Long story short, Synot was hired through another company (a roofing broker), Storm Angels, for a roof replacement job. Owner of Storm Angels wrote a vague work order with practically no deadline and promised me the job would be complete within one to three days, which was the first red flag. The second red flag: they caused water damage to my ceiling by neglecting to cover the exposed roof. The roofers came out on a weekend and removed old shingles but did not cover the roof. My area had a quarter inch of rain that night and caused stains on the ceiling. I notified them and they said they would dry the attic. Three days passed by and they did not take care of it, I had to call insurance to send someone else with dehumidfiers and fans. They had failed promises and proved unreliable time after time. Workmanship is terrible (pictures included) and the workers were unprofessional and inexperienced. It took them over two weeks to finish installing the new roof while causing more damage to my property. Trash, debris, and nails were left all over the premise despite numerous cleanup attempts. Two visitors stepped on nails but luckily the nails didn't penetrate their shoes entirely (imagine the liability if someone got injured). They finally finished the job after almost three weeks, and the city initially passed the final inspection but the inspector didn't even go up on the roof to inspect. I went up to the roof later and found many problems-loose shingles, exposed nails, etc.. After many phone calls and emails, I got the city to reverse their decision. Storm Angels had to send someone else to fix the previous crew's work. I can go on and on about the details for hours but these are just few examples from the two-month nightmare I have been going through. It has been nothing but stress and headaches dealing with what should have been a two-day job.
