We dropped off a comforter to get washed and this was on Thursday and we were told that it would be ready on Monday, Monday we are told that they don't actually do the work there- it is sent out to be done, and it was not ready yet, because it hadn't been sent back yet
It was the following Friday, before I got my comforter back- they don't do in house cleaning, all items are sent out
