Booked Sears to clean our dryer vent in our new (to us) home. We have previously used Sears for this service in Tampa so felt comfortable using them here in Jacksonville. Upon completion of the service we paid and the technician left. I did 3 loads of laundry and noticed it was very humid in the house. The technician had not reconnected the dryer vent to the outside. We have an older home and its a bit of a weird set up, we understand that. We even understand that things happen. The next day I made phone call after phone call for hours to get the issue resolved. Not one apology. Nobody had any answers and I still do not have an answer when someone will be over to connect the hose leading out of our wall. We are so fortunate we have an electric dryer, not gas as so many of our immediate neighbors do. Do not recommend this company, they do not care about the safety of their customers, and have no pride in their job.

Always use Sears for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning! they always are reasonably priced and professional.

Had my dryer vent cleaned recently by Sears. Vinny did a great job. Sears was the only company that went up on my roof to make sure it was working properly after he cleaned it. Definitely recommend Sears for this service.

Not one apology. Nobody had any answers and I still do not have an answer when someone will be over to connect the hose leading out of our wall. We are so fortunate we have an electric dryer, not gas as so many of our immediate neighbors do. Do not recommend this company, they do not care about the safety of their customers, and have no pride in their job.Update. Our service was completed a little after 5pm on a Monday. I spent the majority of Tuesday trying to get an answer to when someone would be out to reattach our dryer vent hose. Approximately 5:15pm I received a voicemail that a technician would be out Thursday or Friday to fix the issue. My husband and I went it the store that night to purchase the tape and fixed it ourselves. Thursday morning my husband received a phone call from the office receptionist and also spoke with the manager, Chris. This was a highly unprofessional conversation that was not productive. We are currently seeking to escalate this with cooperate. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

I am surprised this place is even in business. I made an appointment online for carpet cleaning. I subsequently received a very rude voicemail for not confirming the email I was sent that same day. I was so turned off by the vmail that I booked with another company, The next 2 voicemails were even more abrasive. When I called them to complain about the vmails and advise I went to another company, I was insulted and hung up on. I called back to ask for a SEARS corporate contact number, this guy/Chris who appeared to be mentally unstable began to threaten me and refused to give me a corporate contact. I called from my personal work phone and I have all calls out going and incoming recorded for quality. I'm pretty sure they don't follow this practice. This place is very shady based on FB reviews and other online sources. I am glad I cancelled and went with another company before I let them step foot in my house. Others were not as fortunate as they had already dished out cash to them. Stay away form this place if you are looking for professional and stable people in your home or on your phone. I played the recording of the call to my colleagues and all were mortified. If you would like to hear the call, enter the name of the company on youtube, I posted it as no one would believe a business talks this way to customers. They could have just apologized and moved on. All they did was upset me to the point where I needed to share this review and call with everyone who will listen.
