Had reservations yesterday with a group from my church. We had reservations for four oclock. I asked the cashier if she could tell me what we needed to get started. She told me that we had to have at least 10 to be put on a lane. We had seven. We waited forty five minutes and, was still unable to bowl. So, we left the bowling alley to eat dinner at the Bistro where we the hostess had the most pleasant attitude, she even allowed and helped us to put a few tables together and place a table cloth on the table with decorations. But once we reached the line to order our food, the young lady that takes the order had the most horrible attitude ever, not to mention a lot of the food that we wanted to order was not available, so, we left and went to Longhorn where we had exceptional service. I dont understand why we were not allowed to bowl with less than ten people. What if my husband and I wanted to bowl Aa a couple? What if I wanted to bowl alone? Is that not allowed? The cashier never even tried to accommodate us as a group of seven. I can only speak for my husband and I. We will not be returning to Kingpin Bowling on Lenox Avenue.
