Chase Bank

I’m new to Jacksonville. My phone had just died. I was coming into the bank to pull money. I asked Jocelyn if she could charge my phone and if they had a bathroom. She replied yes to both. Thank you Jocelyn and chase for making me feel welcomed.

I've only had issues with this branch. Same deposit every week. Normally I go to the roosevelt branch and they are awesome, so much for convenience.

Chase disappoints yet again. They didn't have any money?? What is the purpose of the bank?? I walked in the door Saturday at 12:45 (they close at 2pm) and the single teller was assisting someone. I waited 10 minutes or so as I don't have an ATM card...no big deal I get it. I don't mind waiting. I then overhear the teller say to the customer "this branch does not have any money." WHAT?!? A bank does not have any money during normal business hours and there is a teller there working?? I ask the teller why they don't have a sign up or something. Completely dumbfounded by an obvious question he looks around confused and utters "we use to have one." I'm still at a loss. Why would this bank not have any cash. I had to drive to San Marco to get it and had a nice experience there. The teller at San Marco explains to me that the Riverside branch is some kind of "express branch" that does not carry cash. They really should put this on line, on a sign or the rep should greet you right away and let you know. What a waste with Chase. This is not my first bad Chase experience and sadly, based upon their history, this will not be my last either. =(
