First time in yesterday and weve lived in Jax for a few years! I was happy to find a bakery that had cake by the slice. The cake, birthday cake something, was good and, while nonpareils are pretty, theyre not fun to eatThought I broke my tooth at one point. The flavor was good and there was a lot to choose from! But I had horrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store. There were 3 people working there and I told them it was my first time in. One guy just swiveled in his chair and didnt say anything to me. One girl was working on orders right by the door and also didnt look up. The woman who helped me didnt know the flavors of the cake pops I was buying. When she handed me the bag I said, thanks! I appreciate it. And she literally turned to the other people working there and they were talking about who was going to close for who. She didnt say, youre welcome, thanks for coming by, didnt acknowledge my presence. It was a weird exchange!

We recently used them for our wedding cake and it was super easy and reasonably priced- They delivered the cake over to St Augustine without a hitch. I called a few weeks before to pay the balance, never followed up and they had the cake set up & looking great by the time the event started. Cakes of course taste amazing (if you've ever had a cupcake from them that is what they taste like) & the tasting process was super easy. You just go taste their mini cupcakes & there are so many flavors - your wedding cake definitely won't be boring. It also was absolutely beautiful and exactly how I wanted!

Sweet by Holly definitely has the best cupcakes in town! My wife and I met them at a bridal expo and fell in love with their cupcakes. They are beyond addicting. We ended up ordering 20 dozen varying flavors of their mini cupcakes for our wedding and all of our guests loved them. 10/10 would eat there again.

While I absolutely LOVE their cupcakes, I tried the new cake in a cup thing and I was so disappointed. The price is outrageous for a tiny piece of cake $5..like what? The cake did not taste that great for the price. The cupcakes are delicious and always so perfectly moist and yummy but these cake things are not so great and I still cant get over the outrageous price
