Still in the process. But the dude I spoke to over the phone sounds brainless. I work customer service myself and I certainly don't say "WHAT!" to a customer when I don't understand them, hopefully the service is better than dude's attitude.

As stated in other reviews, I called and the person on the phone is extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked a simply question to see if the shop would be able to add a custom part to my car and was told numerous times that it would be very expensive. Im well aware that custom work is not cheap, but I wouldnt have called if I couldnt afford it (which I most certainly can). Instead of being rude and condescending to potential customers, try being professional for a change.

Just went to this place and stood outside the gate for 15 minutes. The gate says no customers but nobody ever came so I walked in and apologized for disregarding the sign. The guy says rudely "whats up? Oh you need to wait at the gate. " Def not a 5 star establishment
