        the company in general i dont have much to say but mike, the local manager in jacksonville florida is definitely bad business, not to say much, hes just useless.

        Insurance Auto Auction (IAA) in Jacksonville Florida is truly the most horrible experience our company has ever experienced. The disturbing fact is the Poor customer treatment is not an isolated incident. Rather it is a Culture of reckless disregard to customer service and satisfaction. If you have the unfortunate means to do business with IAA, you will find that they actively and unreasonably find reasons and loopholes to charge extra fees with no legitimate basis. They charged me nearly $1,000 in late fees because they refuse to verify my wire payment which was sent on time to their Corp office. They then refuse to release the vehicles you purchased just so that they could charge storage fees. IT IS A SHAME I CAN’T GIVE THEM A LOWER SCORE.
