I met an accident and wanted to hire a lawyer on a limited budget. I found the Your Jacksonville Lawyer firm over Facebook and contacted them. Their response was very fast. Experience with them was great and comforting. Their staff is very knowledgeable and industrious. They did a great help and I am happy that I hired them for my case.

Very high turnover in attorneys, very poor communication! No receipts of correspondence, no invoices, lots of miscommunication with their staff... Lots of phone tag. Lots of attempts of making a client pay more for services, that the client has to guess what's going on about their case- because they cant seem to keep any of their attorneys, nor do their attorneys ever tell you that they're leaving, or even follow up what's going on with your case. Very poor client services!! I paid this firm $1000 for a "put on hold" demand letter..When I spoke with Mr. Gordon over the phone , I was talked over by Gordon Nicoli and then he disconnected my phone call !! Never sent any invoices and his attorneys leave the Firm without saying anything to any of his clients! Im reporting this firm to the Florida Bar !! I dont recommend this law firm to anyone !! Its very horrible to prey on people who are looking for legal help !!
