        I needed parts for my Maytag dryer I bought from Tom's dad, a zillion years ago, but didnt know which part I needed to replace. Tom doesnt sell parts, but listened to my dryer over the phone, and helped me to know what part needed replacing. Thank you, Tom!!!

        Wow. Super rude! I called and spoke to Tom the owner. I am in need of a stove and was also looking to give away a working washer and dryer that my tenants left behind. He assumed I was trying to sell them to him and hung up on me.

        Honest and great company! After explaining my dryer problem, they let me know that it could be fixed by me and be a ton cheaper than going through them. They also have me step by step instructions of what to do. So nice to find honest companies that actually care about the customer and not just money. Will definitely go to them for all my future appliance issues.
