        It cost me $95 for his 20 seconds of "diagnosis": after touching one corner inside, he said "This is a 'toast'." Total time of 40-45 seconds. Curt! No discount. Charlie was that "professional" after 40-45 years experience and in business!! NEVER again. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
