Mandarin Apartments

This place SUCKS. Can’t wait until my lease is over. My staircase has collapsed, the entire unit is INFESTED with gnats, roaches, and maggots half of the time even after pest control. Not worth it. Don’t waste your time or money. Picture below is after 6 months of PC behind my fridge, behold a GIANT ROACH INFESTATION!!

Horrible place to live. Maintenance is horrible. Leasing office does what they can to lock you in and are not honest about issues. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If it's your last resort find somewhere else.

Joe came and fixed my leaking shower spout and fixed my drainage issues. He was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left.

This place is a great place to live. Since the new management they have been doing their absolute best to make this apartment complex nicer and updated. The staff is absolutely amazing! Megan in the office is a sweetheart and I can’t imagine living here without her! Staff is more than just staff here they become your friends! The maintenance is on top of everything any time you need them and they are working around the clock to make sure everything is as it should be.

Why is it so difficult for you to get the drainage pump working for the parking lot? Another severe rainstorm and another flooded out parking lot. You don't have a maintenance person that lives on site that can come out and manually press the button to get the parking lot drained out after the storm passes? This is absolutely ridiculous. I lost yet another nights pay because I can't and won't attempt to drive my car through hood deep water ruining yet another car. You send one of those bragging newsletters stating all the "improvements" to the property.....new plants, curbs, etc. Why don't you concentrate on what's important, getting the pump in working order and staying that way. By the way, nice going wasting all that money on plants and trees when they have zero drainage. All those lovely plants and trees near the front are pretty much dead from being over watered and sitting in stagnant water since the planters don't drain. While I'm at it, great new sign and name. At least you had the good sense to leave off "Luxury Apartments" but that is for a whole other posting. Six more months and I'm out!
