My interaction with Northpoint started with a phone consultation, for a new air conditioner, when I was able to get my many questions answered. The representative also had questions regarding what I had and what I wanted. The call was followed with a written (emailed) proposal. It was very detailed to cover everything that was included in the quote. I accepted the proposal and the work was completed exactly as discussed two days later. The installers were quiet guys that completed the work professionally. There were no attempts to up-sell additional services or unexpected cost increases. When I received the bill, I was pleased that it matched the proposal to the penny. I was very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend the company. Northpoint will be my go-to for all future AC needs.

I have a dual zone condo and replaced 2 air conditioners. Northport was very professional and arrived as scheduled. They assured all systems were working and cleaned up after the installation. Excellent service.
