My goodness so efficient!!!!! Previous agency did not call or show up for DAYS!! NO replaced my husband can do next to nothing on his own and they just seemed to not care! On top of that office personnel never followed thru " we will get an answer and call you back" 3 days later I'm calling "so and so called you didn't they"?? NO THEY did NOT. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the HOPE that we did not receive. Here is like a breathe of spring!! Caregive WILL BE HERE EVERYDAY, AND GENUINELY CARES!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY WITHOUT A DOUBT.

I have had the extreme pleasure of working as a caregiver under Zorita and Jessie via Zorita Koenig Home Care Inc.for the past eight months. I was searching for a position and they were searching for a caregiver. From the very beginning they quickly earned my respect. I have heard near horror stories of different home care agencies and was a bit Leary to work for one, but Zorita and Jessie quickly dispelled all my qualms with their professionalism and positivity. I have referred several families to them who were not happy with the poor level of care they received with other agencies. A few have responded to me that Zorita is a breath of fresh air, and how thankful they are now.

Worst possible place to allow your family members to get help from. They charge your insurance for weeks even if you haven't been helped for months. The owner is rude and obnoxious.

I use to work for this company, and when they found out my disabilities I was let go and had no idea why, told me they would call me back next day to explain the issue. Never herd from them since, not even a thank you anyways... Owed me money but I have moved on. I forgive you Zorita!
