Beaches Eye Center PA

I am VERY upset. I just received a $248 bill in the mail. I have great coverage on an vision plan. Not once was anything mentioned to me that this NEW PATIENT visit would be billed under my medical plan. Otherwise I would have found a different eye center. I feel that this office and their staff is very aware of this being the outcome had they told me about how the visit would be billed. Which is why nothing was mentioned. I was rushed back while signing new patient paperwork. Which caused me not to be able to fully read the info they claim is in the paperwork I signed. Yes I will take that and own it. I should never have signed the paperwork without reading it. I have never had this issue before. I didn't realize, even after working for an Optomitrist for 7 years that this is anything I would experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. Then when I called to get some kind of help with this matter, I dealt with a very rude woman. With a "we gotcha " attitude.

Wonderful doctor...awesome staff. Kind, compassionate, traditional care...no long waits...state of the art & innovative. I strongly recommend!!!! They even answer their own phones! No recordings! Amazing....!!!!
