I can't even make all this up if I wanted to.. The wagon base holes are not deburred, One of the front axle welded on handle plates is crooked and welded in the wrong position, none of the (4) wheel collars fit over any of the axle shafts, all of the tubes that the side walls fit into are full of laser slag and not cleaned out, scratches and ding marks all over, sharp edges not deburred all over the place

By far without a doubt the best piece of equipment we have on 4 wheels, we are a busy automotive shop and we abuse the 3 wagons we have daily. These are are the Bentley and Range Rovers of the wagon world. Everything they have is worth the wait, we expect that with a hand made item like these carts. We just ordered the sidekick after seeing it at ICAST this year to use for are cleaning supplies for around the shop. What an amazing company!!! 100% Hand made, in America. Keeping up with the big guys by doing it right!

Fabulous customer service; great product! Delivery was delayed a bit due to COVID; Jennifer kept me posted. Cart finally arrived and I had a problem with assembly. She called me on Friday night of a holiday weekend to help solve the problem. Love the cart!
