Steve was great when I called. He was out of the office showing spaces and called me right back. The service and friendliness have always been top notch. The building accessibility has always been an important feature. As a woman alone going into my space, I appreciate the good lighting and the safety of this location.

This place is beautiful & clean. Not just clean but even shiny walls, doors & floors. Initial attraction was close proximity & pricing tho the low move in price didnt last. James in the office is a great & helpful guy. Hes more than a salesman & unexpectedly friendly & cooperative. Since I have mobility issues, it is appreciated when he locked the electric doors in the open position on the indoor storage area when I had a large moving day. I couldnt always get through the door before they timed out & closed on me. Thank you watching out for my needs.

Ive been with life storage for a couple months now. I originally reserved my storage unit online, it was very easy. The storage unit was ready on time. Recently I had some questions regarding my storage unit. I contacted the store and Steve was very helpful and answered my questions right away and was able to resolve my issue.
