Commando Inn

Heather Delucy was not the friendliest manager to speak to. I had asked if she was able the send me the AFI and I was referred in a rudely manor to look it up myself. To me this was unprofessional and out of pocket. Customer service is a big part of working in the lodging industry and Heather did not have any. Update: I did call back after further looking into the AFI. I wanted to address how I was spoken to on the phone plus something that was not offered to me back in August involving my issue. I was spoken to very rudely until I addressed it again how unprofessional she was being, she then apologized about it.

This place is nasty. I found all kinds of bugs and roaches. I did a black light test and there was yellow on my bed sheets.

Would have been better if they got a bigger refrigerator and a place to cook.
