Corvias Leasing & Community Office at Hurlburt Field

We really enjoyed our time living in the new housing at Hurlburt Field. The office staff and maintenance technicians were always great to us! We were sad to leave the home when it was time to move to another duty station. With all of the current military-wide privatized housing issues going on, thank you for leading by good example.

We lived in 4 bedroom old base housing for a year and a half. Whenever we had issues like wasps, our water line getting backed up, our dryer vent needing to be cleaned out, our various hardware needing to be replaced, finding a wet spot in the floor, getting our AC cleaned out, you name it, Corvias would promptly send maintenance personnel to fix the problem. I didn't have to wait longer than 3 days for something to get resolved. Most of the time things got done in less than a day! And instead of submitting a separate ticket for each incident, waiting for the maintenance personnel to come back, and having them continuously in and out of the house, the maintenance personnel would ask when they were done with the main issue if there was anything else that needed to be done. Sometimes they would be over for a couple of hours, but at least everything was repaired! Whenever I would call the main office, Julie was always very kind and listened to my numerous requests with our very old house. Jimmy, Casey (or was it Carey? Sorry!), and there was this one guy who had triplet nieces and nephews, they were all amazing and kind. I will remember my time in Hurlburt Field fondly because of the care they showed us there. Thank you all!
