Release my Mother in Law age 87 with none of her Heart medication, stated they would call it in and it never happened. Also told us home health care was set up and when I got home and called home health care they said Insurance did not approve they're facility. This is crazy she should of never been released. She could die without medication and all they can do is say we are sorry. No care for the patients.. I could go on and on as she was in there for several weeks and I have never seen such disrespect for life.

Do NOT let your parent / loved one be placed here.... This place is an absolute nightmare !!! From giving my mom meds that were not hers and not logged, she told them while i was on the phone she needed a bed pan.... she wauted 14 min and finally her bladder let loose... then she laid in her mess almost another full 10 min before they came in to change her. I understand that they are short staffed but there should be some level of respect and dignity for elders.

Called to find out why my wife couldn't have visitors and I got upset and they hung up on me instead of trying to explain and calm me down. Customer service sucks. Don't put your loved one in the place.

From the moment we brought in Dad we were very impressed with the staff and facility. Every staff member has answered every question and concern. If they couldn't they would immediately find someone who could. Bless all of you and thank you for your help.
