Kim Brust - State Farm Insurance Agent

They're very shady at this office, canceled my policy and they took 2 extra payments out of my account. They don't want to give it back and they won't talk to you, they will send a text and won't respond when you text them back. If you want state farm insurance you should go to another office instead of this one

I called for a quote from Kim. State Farm was just about to bill me for the quote. My car was totalled out. I have auto draft and some money we shall say in the account. I was told my state farm my payment didn't go through when I got into an accident. Turn on the National News. State Farm in Florida especially is in some trouble it looks like. If you try to cancel your policy it takes up to 2 weeks to get documentation. I waited 3 weeks after my car was totalled out to find after I called and found they were not going to cover it to cancel my policy. They never did. I'm waiting another 2 weeks now to see if they send it once again. I pray Sate Farm can figure out a way to make an honest living and not scam people. Especially those in Florida

Kim and the agents over there are the best! Ive been a customer for almost 10 years and the reason for my recent review is that when I bought a new truck, it only took 8 minutes on the phone (Monday AM) and had new policy within 20 minutes. No hassle, no problem. Thank you guys!

I wish there was a way for us to get in contact with our assigned agent. Nobody responds to our texts or calls. It's always a voice-mail or we are told we will receive a call back.
