Had to take my child into the ER this morning and had to park on the opposite side of the building as there was zero parking anywhere near the ER. maybe prioritize adding parking spots before you add more to the hospital. Very frustrating to have to drive around for 10 minutes to park my car when were in a rush to have someone seen for a medical emergency

Place was filthy. My room had blood on the floor of the room and in the bathroom. The cat scan machine had a liquid dripping off of it and had a white past all over the tube things. Discharged me and all my levels are still out of wack, according to my blood work results.

I have been waiting 9 days for a Dr. to sign her death certificate and every person I talk to tells me another story. Maybe they are the cause of her death and they are hiding something. My next call is to a lawyer. I also wanted to add my Mother was a RN Certified Case Manager for over 50 years and would of never treated someone this way! Update: After many many calls with no answers or even return calls Better Call Behnken handled it for me but finally had a nurse supervisor call me back and was rude and even hung up on me! What a horrible hospital! This is disrespectful and painful. Still no excuse for 11 days to sign a death certificate. I wish I had a lawyer friend to do a investigation in this! And just get answers!!!

I was in the ER for a Bad UTI & My Urologist wanted me to be admitted for!! I have a Port from when I had Cancer in 2012 but Cancer Free for 11years! I asked ER nurses to use my port to start my IV and they told me well we dont like to access ports if theyre in use and I explained to them I only used to get flushed and thats it. I keep it because I have no veins. Well, the nurse said I will try once and then Ill stop and I told her I had very hard bins to hit. Needless to say she tried, and I began to cry asking how to please stop. She did, however, called in another nurse who was supposed to be a specialist and starting IVs , what a joke. She brought in a sonogram machine to look for a vein and quoted to me boy you are a real hard hit arent you? She began to poke to the point. I was screaming, begging her to stop buying. My husband said leave her alone no more. I have a power Port, which is very easy to access they did however, they told me that they were able to give me medication through the port, but its not getting a drawback, i.e. no blood, needless to say being, they use the wrong size needle twice and then just left it and did everything else by needle poking and prodding. They brought me upstairs they was horrible. I saw the infectious disease doctor once, and a regular MD and that was it , three days later, they started an IV and I got two doses of IV antibiotic, and the next day they gave me pills and sent me home. There was one nurse that I can actually say was a sweetheart the rest didnt know squat. . They sent me home with the raging UTI with the antibiotics that I was allergic to. Being point has got to be the worst hospital for patient care I would not send my dog there nonetheless a person Ive had bad experiences every time I go to BayonetPoint Hospital!!! I would advise anyone that Hass to be admitted to stay clear Im buying a point, unless you wanna DIE!!! Not to just say that that hair is horrible, but the food I wouldnt feed a pig. I gave them a one star because you have to get something which they did not even deserve the one star. They appoint is the worst of the worst if you want to get better stay clear banner point Hospital.

My dad went in here on Tuesday for trauma of his arm , he was left in er for over 8 hours , waiting on a room! Went to a room at 730pm note there saying it was cleaned at 330pm ! They left a container of urine on the wall , Gross! Also no surgery til Thursday ! Nurse care was ok they work hard but overall not thrilled ! Just beware be your own advocate!
