I called ram jack after we bought a new house and decided to change out the flooring. I saw a crack and to me it looked look like a large crack in my Foundation. I was very concerned because it was right across my kids room. Bob from ram jack called me the night before my appointment to introduce himself and find out a little bit more about my concerns. I'm assuming so he could do a little homework on the area that I live in and my house in particular. (Whuch he did) He came out took his time and addressed all of my concerns. He put my fears to rest. he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need or scare me into doing any type of soil testing. He was honest and told me that he didn't see any concern with my house, but what I could look out for. he explain to me how concrete can settle and crack like that sometimes. He wasn't a Salesman and I felt like I could trust him and his opinion. I would recommend using Ram Jack if you're looking for an honest company.
