They told my brother that they would bail him out if he did a walk through and if he paid a certain amount of money, he went paid the money, went to do a walk through and they revoked his bond going back on what they said. He paid 4 out of the 5 thousand that he can not get back. When I reached out to them he was rude and very unprofessional if I could give zero stars I would. If youre thinking about going to a bail bonds definitely dont use these try Lisa Stout or Abigail

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff here ( Tiffany) is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and yells at the potential customers. I called to ask a simple question about getting a friend out of jail and I got treated as if I was the one in jail. I used this place once before and they guy there was ok but this Tiffany needs to learn some customer service skills or find a new job . THE CUSTOMER PAYS YOUR BILLS TIFFANY. WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER THERE IS NO BUSINESS TIFFANY!
