⚠️⚠️⚠️ FRAUD !!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ They try to act as a government agency. In fact they are a small, desperate company trying to sell water softener system for several thousands of $s. You can buy the same system at Home Depot or Lowes for cca $300. Check BBB before even think of responding their pathetic communication attempt. Oh yes, look at those fake 5* ratings. All friends or employees. Take 1* ratings seriously. Due to their worse than terrible reputation they try to do business as "Environmental Quality Assurance". Pathetic. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ AVOID !!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Brian came to our house today and showed us the quality of our water. It was very interesting to find out that we have a lot of particulars in our water. He did not push or try to sell anything to us just told us our options. After we discussed it we decided to sign up for the osmosis for our drinking water and refrigerator. At a later date we are going to go with the UV system on the outside of the house. I would recommend this company to everyone they were fantastic and you did not feel like you were being pushed to do anything which is a big point these days.

I get this hand out every month. It's a sham. want to sell me thousands of dollars worth of water treatment I don't need. Why hasn't the company been tried for Fraud and put out of business. Thank goodness there are sites like this that tell the facts and prevent thousands of dollars of customers fro this rip-off!

We had been curious about the water quality in Cape Coral and were well informed when Bryan responded to a request for the free water testing. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered our many questions. He had helped us to access EWG tap water database for the water reports from our area. Bryan did not seek to sell us anything, he was genuinely concerned with making us aware of our water quality. Only when we asked did he explain options that would improve our water quality. We are so pleased with our water, both for drinking and all washing needs. Our drinking water tastes so much better. Both my husband and I have had cancer and are concerned about eating healthy and taking care of our bodies. We are so glad to have found Florida Water Works and we love our water system and healthy water.
