        I requested quote for cleaning gutters which was advertised with full-page booklet ad in Citrus Chronicle. Stated "100% guaranteed, Licensed & Insured-gutter cleaning starting at $80". Bill Baker and Steven arrived. I agreed to $150. 2 hours later, Bill appeared with PRE-INSPECTION FORM, listing gutter cleaning $170, fuel tax $9.95, for total $179.95. I vehemently stated that was not our agreement and looked around the house. He stated downspouts done. I tapped them and noted they had not been emptied. Debris had been thrown from gutters and some remained on ground and pavers. He spent a few minutes outside and said he cleaned downspouts. (This morning I noticed torn, bent one downspout.) I said, "You never had a ladder on the south side of the house"(the highest side) but he insisted he had cleaned it. I showed him his ad and asked, "What size house would you clean gutters on for $80?" He responded "10 feet". I asked, "What house is 10-feet wide?". Today, I checked and Citrus has no Licence issued for cleaning. Citrus Tax Collector said Thura Clean did register at one time but the registration is no longer active and they had not updated their reports. I would have given ZERO STAR rating, if possible.
