The area the mobile home park is in is beautiful! But the amenities are old and the pool is small! The lot rent is high and the lots are small you can hardly park your car on the driveway! Plus your right on the west coast ! If a hurricane blasts through here you will be under 10 foot of water!Thanks

Love this park very well kept n clean n the management is wonderful. Dennis went above n beyond to help us get just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking. And thank you again Dennis

We purchased our home this past weekend we truly love it and look forward to exploring the area and the beauty of all the state parks and awesome restaurants. Our sales agent Lisa was awesome, kind and so welcoming. She answered all our questions and was so helpful. The community gives you such a hometown feeling. Thank you for welcoming us we look forward to building many years of memories.

I fell in love with this place from the moment I saw it and Dennis, the manager, went above and beyond to make my dream a reality! I never thought I would live in a beautiful house like this! The community, the people, the city are all very welcoming 😊
