I have been seeing a PCP or at least I was told he is a PCP but all of the orders come from some other doctor. So I think I am seeing a CNP which is a wannabe. And this CNP has ordered medication that is harmful to me.Also he asked me if I was diabetic, why would he ask me that He's the doctor? I never get lab results in time. They are my results not theirs so I should get them firs. I am going to give them one more chance if they mess this one up it's over .

Weve been here before everyone else and havent been seen. When we asked they said that we were never checked in. We really need to find another doctor and to think they are the same HCA company that I work for! SMH !!! I need to bring it up with HCA administration because we never have a good experience in this office. Were still sitting here because my husband really needs to see the doctor but he is getting very impatient and wants to go home. This is just ridiculous! Update: Dr Barnes (resident doctor) saw my husband and treated him with respect and really listened to everything we needed to say and really took great care of my husband.

I highly recommend this office. Dr. Peterson is friendly and kind. He listens and answers questions and is so knowledgeable. He takes great care of me!

Horrible patient communication. After a severe sciatica flareup and visit to the chiropractor, I needed a prescription for a back x-ray from my GP to have insurance cover it. I stopped in the practice to inquire what I would need to get one. I was told that they would need a copy of the exam notes from the chiropractor, but they couldn't be emailed- only faxed. This was on Monday. After chasing up mutliple times and having the chiropractor send multiple faxes that they never seemed to receive, I finally had the chiropractor email them to me and I printed them off and handed them into the front desk on the Thursday. On Friday I again called to see what was happening, I was told it usually takes 24-48 hours for a response... so after the weekend. Tuesday and I call AGAIN to see what's happening.After reading the notes on my file, I am told that I now have to be seen by the doctor before she will write the prescription. I asked why no one called to tell me this and when the next available appointment was... not until FRIDAY! Almost 2 full weeks from my original request, while suffering with severe back pain. If they had told me this from the start, I would have just paid out of pocket for the x-rays last week instead of jumping through all of these hoops for nothing. Absolutely useless.

This is a public service announcement, for all family's. Though this facility claims to be a family medical provider they are not. This is a scheduling warehouse where medical people pop their head into from time to time. Initially it took 6 months for new patients to get in to see the doctor. Once in, we thought this is great teaching hospital young motivated listeners with oversight from senior doctor. Nope, not that at all. What you got is a medical facility with no doctors. Which just makes it a call center. And the ones answering the phones and processing your referrals, sub par. They dont know what they are doing, Plus the sub-par medical advice, that left my 19 yo speechless and confused. Especially when she was asking for a referral to an OB-GYN and she was told your just depressed. If you are coming to the area and you are a family young or established stay away. The office is 5 minutes from my residence's, but care is days if not weeks away . If you have to drive an hour to be seen its still sooner than this place. Primary canned response is urgent care or the ER and this is M-F business hours they will tell you to go. My familys whole experience and care has been so horrific, to include really the other HCA facilities that we were referred to were really just sub par. Just cause its a small town doesnt mean the level of service you should be self obligated to provide to the community shouldnt be small.
