I called Southern Septic and they came out the same day, without even having an emergency, just a routine pump of the tank. Great service, very professional.

Nathan, the owners son came out when one of his drivers couldn't make it and did an absolutely amazing job. He definitely saved us when we thought there was something wrong with the drainfield, but he assured us that it was fine. He pumped out our septic tank and rinsed it out and made it just like new. Would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone. He also accepted a check, which makes it really convenient.

My septic was installed this past year. In April 2023 we had heavy rain, the sewer gas from the septic system made my cottage uninhabitable. I contacted Robert at Southern Septic. Nothing was changed. In early June 2023 we had another heavy rain. The sewer gas in the cottage took 24 hours to dissipate. Ive called 20 times and left countless text messages. No response. Im going to have to put in an entirely new system at my expense again. The cottage that this septic system installed by Southern Septic does not work. The company wont help me. My cottage is uninhabitable when it rains heavily. Unable to breathe those horrid fumes coming from the drains. Service: Septic system installation

Excellent job with my cleanout. They arrived on time and immediately began to set up to pump out my septic tank. The driver did not speak English, but he had a translator program on his phone and I had Google Translate on mine, so our communication was not a problem. As a former test pilot, I've been trained to notice details and I was impressed. He was very careful to not damage the landscaping and a tile walkway near where he was searching for the tank boundaries. He was also careful to not damage the roof panels of my old tank. The actual pump-out was uneventful, with much attention to removing as much sludge as possible. After replacing the tank top, the dirt was replaced smoothly with attention to detail in covering a previously existing flaw in one of my tank top sections. (He didn't hit me up for a new one as most Miami vendors would do!) He then picked up all his water bottles and lunch trash and even cleaned the brown water that came out of the pump hoses onto my grass. The final charge matched the very reasonable estimate. I had heard that they were under new management and it seems like he has everything working very well.
