Dr. L assistant was experienced and professional. I believe her name was Jaylee. She new what to do and took my X-ray. She also took pictures. It was like a mugshot One SERIOUS, the next SMILING and the third one was the profile. I could see how big my nose was. It was different than regular dental X-Ray. She also took me any digital images of the inside of my mouth. The Invisalign Dr. Walked in. Took his time to explain. The asked if there were questions. Afterwards he walked out I was shown an explanation vdeo. . That was when Barbra was amazing. She is very graceful. Love her sales pitch. I went in for the free first visit orthodontist or cosmetic procedure. It was freezing charge . That's the catch. I didn't pay a penny for Dr. L He was very understanding and explained the procedure clearly. Dr. L was the first one to see me. . Then was the dentist. They are professionals at work. I felt cared for. In peace with myself. My phobias were gone. I would like everyone to know they sre a fantastic team. The joyful ambient. The way the staff had a pleasant smile. They do enjoy their jobs. I would recommend it.
