Again I had an annoying and messy plumbing problem. But by now, I know that I can rely on Executive Plumbing Contractors. My kitchen faucet was leaking above and below the sink. Alex explained that I needed proprietary parts for my faucet. I ordered the parts immediately and scheduled a return visit for three days in advance, hoping the parts would arrive. They arrived the next day. I called Christina to see if I could move up my appointment. She promised to do her best. Alex arrived the next day! My faucet was repaired. As usual, the work was efficient and clean and reasonably priced. I can't recommend EPC highly enough. If you get voicemail when you call, leave a message. Their excellent service is worth the short wait for a call back. and on an earlier occasion... 300% satisfied! This was Executive's third visit to our place and the most personal and critical. My toilet! Alex and Dudu were efficient, friendly and clean. The forty year old pot was quickly removed and the shiny, new throne installed... all at a very fair price. The service could not be better. Alexandra and Christina were so patient with my request and order for the toilet. They returned calls, but mostly reached out to us with updates and options. When Alex and Dudu brought in the toilet, I thought how I had not done any work yet. And then they even took away the old toilet. To top off the excellence and care, Alex replaced the newspaper under my cat's litter box. I wish I could give Executive SIX STARS! Service: Tap repair
