On March 18, heat recovery and towing ILLEGALLY hitched my car in my running vehicle that was occupied with my 2 year old son and myself with them KNOWING we were in the vehicle. If I wouldve never honked my horn they wouldve drove off with us in it. That is whats called breach of peace. Not only did they put myself in harm but my 2 year old as well

Yeah, yeah, forget all that. I am bout that, so if the Florida justice system not gonna prosecute these thieves Ill do it myself

This place is not closed, theyre opened with many vehicles there. Theres a Spanish lady that works there, in recovery specifically right side window once you enter the front small side gate Ive never met someone so nasty and rude for no reason, on the phone, cursing and talking to me nasty at the same time.. I cant blame the company, I blame the people in the company. The guy that works the left side, wanted to charge $100 for me to remove some of my belongings I get it if thats the business my issue is after I paid to retrieve my car.. the lady didnt want to answer any questions, disrespectful, just. Overall bad for business. The guy wasnt really rude, I believe he was influenced by her, maybe he is idk.. initially he wasnt until she started yelling and fussing from the other side of the window and got him a little worked up. The first day I thought ok she could just be having a bad day, but twice. No. I made all necessary payments.. and they wouldnt allow me to set an appt there, and they dont pick up the phone when you call.. just overall might be a good company but the people there. Not so much at all.
