This company has very poor communication. We paid a deposit on a sign feb 21st and it wasn't even put into permitting until April 24th. The sign is great in the end but getting there was very stressful.

He did a sign for me on university dr. They are very professional. Installed channel letters and vinyl lettering with prompt and permitted service. Mark is busy but always calls back if I call and they are fast. I will likely use them again at my new location.

This is the worse company ever!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Mark, the owner, is impossible to get a hold of, never ever he returns calls. Michelle in the office is just a message taker and never calls back neither. They stated a job installing signs without permits, even though the permits were signed. When you call them they say the permits were submitted although there are no records at the city, the job was never completed (in over 8 months) and even though there are only 2 people working out the office (Mark and Michelle) Michelle can't give any information and Mark is never available. Making it IMPOSSIBLE to obtain any information. Please save yourself a headache and never use them.
