My experience with superior shed was extremely poor. Theres at least 3 other businesses I can recommend and superior shed is not one of them. 1. We ordered a shed July 2021 with receipt with the exact dates the order was placed. They didnt put in the other until a month and half later. I found this out when I realized the order was way past the 11weeks suggestive date 2. They are no longer at 441 and Johnson st. When I attempted to inquire about my order I drove by there and theyre no longer at that location. Theres no notice of moving anywhere or a number to call. When I do call the number no one picks up granted this was during business hours and theres no voicemail stating we have moved or anything. That alone can give someone anxiety. Finally I got someone whos all the way in homestead. He looks in system to informed me the order was placed at a different date from whats on my receipt 1.5 months later. He proceeded to make an excuse for the company I came back and changed the order which is false. I came back to make payments. The gentleman was not very helpful he was a bit combative and he felt like he was being attacked when I truly just wanted to know whats going on with the order. 3. Prior to ordering they knew where we lived and they knew a permit would be required. They did not mentioned any additional fees that would be incurred by their company and they provided a unacceptable photo copy of what they asked us to submit with the city. The city of Pines denied it and stated they need a hard sealed copy instead and not a digital signature. I called rigg and ask him to assist us with rectifying the issue but he ended up having a verbal dispute with the clerk over the phone. The clerk stated the officer will not take a digital copy. Rigg then decided to charge us $150 additional which will take another 2 weeks. He was not remorseful he could careless and he states thats how it is sir, you have to pay for that I dont mind paying for stuff, but inform your customers before hand. I waited over the agreed time and correspond in a timely fashion, made payments before hand and I couldnt get the same courtesy. Not a company I would recommend. Use at your own risk. Theres another businesses on 441 and theres other shed companies in ft Lauderdale that you can go to. No business is perfect but when you have a company that doesnt own their part and responsibility or at least doesnt attempt to rectify the situation or solve an issue then Ill say run stay away. Im very close in asking for my money back because were in December and still no delivery has made. Services: Shed delivery to installation sites, Custom shed design
