Food was good.. nice menu. The rice was delicious. The empanadas would be better with cheese. The smoothies are good. Atmosphere was nice.

Sorry for writing this comment on the platform since I don't usually do it but it is something that you as consumers and also the owner of the establishment should know. Yes, those who read and comment on this platform will see a pattern in which negative comments are due to a person who mistreats or has a negative attitude towards customers. That person or waitress is the Owner's Daughter. The times this person is in the restaurant there is a Very Negative atmosphere that spreads through it. This is my second time interacting with Ella. On the first occasion, the young lady kicked me and my family out of the premises, with her inappropriate attitudes and answers, simply and simply due to questions about the food and the menu. The other waitresses, who are in the establishment, cannot say anything for fear that they may be fired. You can see the disappointment and astonishment on their faces when this girl answers the customers badly. It's embarrassing, since the customers listening around are left speechless by the answers he gives, and that's where the negative comments about the place come from. I understand that being in the customer service business is difficult, since I am in that industry too... And I understand that the customer is not always right... But on this occasion, the daughter of the owner of the establishment told them The clientele runs and writes negative comments about the business, not about the food, but because of the attitude that this person has. I have spoken, according to the dad, that he is the one who cooks the exquisite dishes, which we delight in, and this time with her present, and her attitude towards him was also not very pleasant. A very mocking attitude from Her when interacting with us. Obviously, the father defends his daughter by saying that customers also have attitudes or are difficult to please, which may be true, but not on this occasion. The owner of the establishment, who is sweating and cooking in the back to support his family and other families who work in the establishment, affects the integrity of the premises by having a member of his family, supposedly working, and who does not appreciate the efforts of his family. parents to obtain the American Dream that we all want, to have our own business, it should not be there.
