If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Invicta customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Not only did they take forever to ship my order AND got it wrong. I called 4 times to customer service to start the return process and all 4 times, they picked up and hung up on me. The 5th call I get some ignorant rep. I specifically told him I wanted to return to the store and he went ahead and sent me shipping labels to return by mail THEN told me I had no choice! I will NEVER shop Invicta again!!!!

NOT SURE HOW MANY TIMES I HAD WROTE EMAILS; BUT THIS IS MY 3RD EMAIL REGARDING MY RMA AND NO ONE HAVEN'T REPLY ME BACK, NOT SURE IF I HAVE TO CALL YOUR COMPANY AND REPORTED TO BBB. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES IS THE WORST THAT I EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH AND YOU GUYS NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS. I HATE DRAMA, BUT YOU GUYS ARE PROVING A AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANCES EVER. Good Day, I am a consumer that purchased your Invicta watch on Amazon Model number 6977 in the Month of June 2021. since then I had to get a new strap for the band, and now the handle that moves the Minute and hour arm on the watch has fell off without any warning and can not be found. I first notice this brand on TV infomercial and was inclined to buy because I really liked the style. I have influenced others both men an woman to seek this brand. I am very frustrated and embarrassed with the Poor quality of this watch and have never experienced such poor craftsmanship. I feel that your company should address my concerns without delay.
